The umbrella brand unifies the efforts of numerous companies and brands to reduce the complexity of the Extended Producer Responsibility  (EPR) legislation for producers and distributors.

EPR obliges producers to take legal, financial, and sometimes physical responsibility for the end-of-life treatment and disposal of their products/packaging. Furthermore, producers may have thousands of products, several different companies, and complex data formats. We work with our customers to understand their business, products, packaging flows, and raw data and ensure EPR full compliance.

Waste Trends is the Portuguese branch office for circular economy consultancy services. Among our services portfolio is the Authorized Representative which we are registered by the Portuguese Environmental Agency (Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente), under the number APA00937743.
